Writing a Plan of Correction audio

Training Content:

• Review 4 required components of a POC.
• Review best practices for writing each of the 4 required components.
• Review best practices for using the “best” language that addresses the citation but does not admit fault.
• Review how to implement a monitoring system for your POC that is not too burdensome.
• Sample POC are reviewed and dissected as to both “good” and “bad” practices.
